Complete circuit designs/wiring diagrams including Arduino shields for use with 3D printed operant devices

Operant circuits – PCBs dedicated to connecting all operant devices to an arduino without a breadboard

Amplifier circuits – PCBs for amplifying signals, used mainly for EEG

Position Tracker circuits – PCBs for ease of wiring photodetectors to individual channels on position tracker

Breadboard designs – Wiring diagrams for connecting devices without fabricated PCBs

Currently we use National Instruments hardware for data acquisition, given their reputability and relative flexibility to work in an otherwise open source system. Open source alternatives – such as openDAQ – are available (though untested by our lab).
